Emilia-Romagna has approved the incentives to small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve installations Of waste treatment or the reconversion of productive activity towards a modelcircular“, questions from 9 April 2024.

The tender was approved with Regional Council resolution 18 March 2024, n. 483 and the funds come from the ERDF regional program (European Regional Development Fund) of Emilia-Romagna 2021-2027. Recipients are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The budget is 10 million euros: 7 million they will finance interventions aimed at the realization of new plants or to strengthening of existing systems necessary for waste treatment and recycling of any type and their transformation into secondary raw materials. The rest 3 million of euros are intended to incentivize interventions innovation technologicalwhether product, process or service finalized at the reconversion and/or retraining of economic/productive activity towards a circular economy model and sustainable development and which are able to demonstrate, as a result of investments, a more efficient use of resources through one reduction from the production of scraps/waste or a increase of the reusable waste.

Applications for contributions must be sent to the Region using the “Sfinge 2020” application, from 10.00 on the day April 9, 2024 until 1.00 pm on the day May 21, 2024.
