Civitavecchia – We receive and publish – The Aureliano tennis team confirms an excellent start to the season, which with the youth teams and the first teams, even away from home shows the fruits of the daily work of its athletes.
This week the U16 men’s team made up of Mencarelli, Gorla, Mozzicato, Bedin and the female U16 composed of Lupo and Garavelli. Excellent results were also achieved by the under 12 men’s play-off B with the semi-final won in anticipation of April 2nd when it will be decided who will go to the final.
The men’s D1 also started very well with the victories of Leandro Mariani, Fabio Caniglia, and Bruzzesi, and with the doubles Caniglia-Mencarelli and Mariani-Egidi who won the victory away from home against the strong Capitoline club of Empire and set the date for April 7th at home against Nomentano.
Team Aureliano, which trains between Civitavecchia and Santa Marinella, continues with the policy of young people and the introduction to tennis, an activity that has yielded many new members who from the age of 4 onwards tread the red clay courts assisted by teachers and instructors federal.
From this year, thanks to the help of the new sponsor, the Carlo Nuzzo dental practice in Santa Marinella, the Aureliano Tennis Team, will attempt to climb to the C series, an undertaking that has been nearly achieved several times in recent years, and a great source of pride as well as experience for tennis players and technical management.

So the appointment will be immediately after Easter, when the masters will begin their climb to the C series.
