Arrested for theft and resisting a public official in December last year, since last February he had been admitted to house arrest in a house in the capital of Reggio Emilia, with a ban on communicating with people other than those he lived with. Last night the man was not found at home during a check carried out by the police, who subsequently tracked him down in the street while he was returning to him after having been to the tobacconist to buy cigarettes, in defiance of the precautionary measure to which he was subjected.
For these reasons, given the flagrancy of a crime, the carabinieri of the mobile radio section of the Reggio Emilia company arrested a 47-year-old resident in Reggio Emilia on charges of evasion, who was arrested at the end of the formalities available to the Reggio Emilia Prosecutor’s Office. The investigations relating to the proceeding, in the preliminary investigation phase, will continue for the usual investigative investigations in order to allow assessments and determinations inherent to the exercise of criminal action.
