“For Easter 2024our institute has joined the initiative AIL (Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma) “Every egg holds a dream, help us make it come true”, a fundraiser to support the activities promoted in favor of haematological patients, with the aim of supporting the fight against leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma through projects Scientific research and assistance” is what we learn from a press release from “Don Bosco – Manzoni” comprehensive institute in Andria and adds – “The entire school community has taken action, through the distribution of chocolate eggs in exchange for the expected economic contribution, in order to spread the culture of solidarity and to raise awareness among students towards solidarity and scientific research, all in coherence with the MISSION of the Don Bosco – Manzoni Institute, i.e. opening minds to grasp the many aspects of reality with different intelligences, to train citizens capable of individual and social commitment but also of collaboration within a group” – he concludes “Thanks to the support of families and all school staff, our Institute contributed to the initiative by purchasing 131 chocolate eggs, thus demonstrating great civic sense and social sensitivity”
