CAMPOBASSO. The High Anti-Mafia Training School is born, promoted by the UIL which has entrusted the training of its managers and delegates to #Noi Odv, an Association recognized as a training body by the Ministry of Justice.
The course, structured over 8 hours, in person, in a single day, involves the study of the laws and penal codes regarding the mafia and the analysis of the main Italian criminal organizations. In particular, for each of them, birth, development, rooting and ramification in the territories will be explored in depth.
The teacher, supported by professionals in the sector, will be Federica Angeli, journalist from Repubblica and honorary President of #Noi who, with her investigative work which brought the mafia of Ostia and beyond to the light, has been living under guard since 2013.
“We have decided to structure a training course – declared the General Secretary of the Uil, PierPaolo Bombardieri – which can systematically and continuously involve all our activists on a fundamental issue for justice, but also for social equity and for a sustainable economy. The objective is to provide our delegates with sociological knowledge and regulatory tools, to understand the dynamics of mafia penetration into the socio-economic fabric and to combat forms of crime that may also appear in the workplace. To this end, the synergy activated with the #Noi Association is precious: this experience, which once again sees Federica Angeli as the protagonist with her civil commitment and self-sacrifice, will help strengthen our collaborative path”
