ANCONA – The Portonovo bar ex Ramona will be knocked down but the area will be redeveloped and soon used for the sale and consumption of zero-kilometer fish products, to promote local fish and the excellence of the area. This is the intention of the Municipality of Ancona which has published a announcement of tender for the assignment of a maritime state concession, precisely, a Portonovo in the former Ramona area, for the maintenance of a masonry building with a platform in front and with the possibility of using a further platform. The concession will be issued, as stated in the announcement, to the professional fishing economic operator, individual or associated, who will present the best economic and technical offer in terms of recovery of the structures, respecting the environmental peculiarities of the places. The concession will last six years. The annual concession fee is quantifiable for the first year, 2024, in 3,225.50 euros.
