We learned with amazement and bitterness about an unpleasant treatment
discrimination that the D’Alberto Administration has reserved for employees
municipal.
Productivity for the year 2022 will in fact be paid only to the managers of the institution while
all other employees will not receive what they are due for their service to
community and will be forced to wait further with the result that, later
years of delays, they will also have to suffer yet another injustice.

We ask the Mayor, who also holds the responsibility for Personnel, if this is the case
politics of a left that supports social equality and egalitarianism with
particular attention to the rights of all workers.

We ask the Mayor if he considers it correct and respectful to implement this form of
institutional discrimination and above all if he believes he has behaved with
justice by giving priority to management in paying arrears rather than to
employees whose salaries are clearly lower and who would certainly have
appreciated a bigger paycheck, even in the next ones
holiday.
We hope that the answer is not bureaucratic, as it could be
justification of a longer timeframe in the preparation of the documents for the whole
the audience of employees. Because if the answer is of this nature, we are forced
to highlight once again that the result of personnel management is
decidedly unsuccessful since it is clear that this Administration is the only one
which so far has managed to displease the employees more and break the harmony
between them and this naturally reverberates on the poor functioning of the
municipal car.

The Futuro In group has repeatedly called for a review in the city council
serious and profound of the apparatus and asked to give priority and centrality to
reorganization of the offices and the increase in staff, absolutely necessary
necessary following the massive wave of retirements and following the
further obligations that the Pnrr requires and which have determined workloads
excessive for municipal employees.
All in a situation of general unease at work on the part of the employees
which, in addition to suffering the effects of the Administration’s wrong choices, always are
more often victims of disciplinary action than ever before
recorded before, just as the frequent states of agitation between the
personnel, starting with the local police.

For this reason the councilors of Futuro In, in the hope that awareness will truly be raised
of the importance of enhancing staff and above all respect for the work of all employees, ask Mayor D’Alberto to implement with
all measures useful for the preparation of the documents for the liquidation of the sums due as productivity for the year 2022 to municipal employees are urgently needed, so that
the unfair and discriminatory treatment implemented against them is remedied.
We also appeal to the unions to ensure their action is vigilant and is not repeated
for the future a similar and serious disparity in treatment among staff.
