The ninth professional refresher course on technical consultancy in civil and criminal matters organized by the CUP, the Permanent Unitary Committee of Professional Orders and Colleges, ended last Tuesday. The initiative was held in collaboration with all the professional associations of the Province of Caserta. As scheduled, the last day of the course was organized by the individual Professional Orders and Colleges at their headquarters.
The theme of the workshop chosen by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Caserta was “A practical case of Office Technical Consultancy in the field of donations, wills and inheritances”. After the institutional greetings of the President of the Order, Pietro Raucci, the President of the First Civil Section of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere spoke. Giovanni D’Onofrio, who dealt with the legal framework and the characteristic aspects of successions mortis causa, wills and donation contracts.
Then, the final report by Aldo Pellegrino, an accountant with many years of experience in the field of office technical consultancy, focused on a practical case of office technical consultancy. The meeting was moderated by the President of the CTU Commission, Caterina De Rosa, who had the opportunity to ask various technical questions to the speakers which contributed to making participation in the workshop more interesting.
