MILAN (ITALPRESS) – From Saturday 30 March the service on the Brescia-Iseo-Edolo line will return to normal, with the restoration of train circulation between Pisogne-Marone Zone, and the railway offer on Edolo will be strengthened, thanks to the extension of 11 routes of the Brescia-Iseo-Breno regional line. The restoration work on the Pisogne-Marone Zone section, carried out by the infrastructure manager Ferrovienord following the road accident that occurred on 21 September 2023, will end on Friday 29 March; from Saturday 30th the trains will return to travel on the route, on which in recent months the service has been carried out by bus.

The interruption between Pisogne and Marone Zone made it necessary to remodulate traffic on the line, with the activation of a replacement bus service also between Breno and Edolo, to facilitate the management of convoys. From Saturday 30th the trains will return to Edolo, as per the regular timetable. With the restoration, the railway offer on Edolo will be strengthened: 11 trips on the Brescia-Iseo-Breno regional line will extend the trip to the station, which will be reached by a total of 28 trips per day.
