The decree recalls that “the reporting of the activities financed with the Gap Fund for the years 2016 – 2017 and 2018 was subject to observation by the Ministry of Health during the reporting phase, due to the delay in starting the planned activities; the delays occurred in the start-up phase of the aforementioned project, resulting from the dispute initiated by some candidates who participated in the tender for the recruitment of staff and from the overall problems that arose following the Covid 19 pandemic during which the Asrem – Healthcare company regional government of Molise has mainly focused on personnel selection procedures aimed at dealing with this emergency”.
