Three minors of Egyptian origin were placed in communities on charges of aggravated robbery and personal injury.
The measure was carried out by the Carabinieri of the Central Messina Company, respecting the presumption of innocence until a final sentence, following the complaint filed by a minor from Messina who reported having been attacked, in the evening, in a very central street of the city , with kicks and punches from three young men armed with an iron bar who robbed him of his hat and smartphone.
The investigations, developed on the basis of the declarations made by the victim and the analysis of the videos extrapolated from the surveillance systems located in the place where the events took place, allowed the Carabinieri to trace the identity of the three foreign minors as the alleged perpetrators of the crimes. crimes. On the basis of the investigative elements acquired, the police tracked down the alleged perpetrators of the robbery and found, in the possession of one of them, the smartphone belonging to the attacked minor.
The serious indications of guilt that emerged from the investigative activity of the soldiers of the Carabinieri, contemplated in an information sent to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Messina, were agreed by the investigating judge of the same Court who issued the precautionary measure, carried out by the Carabinieri towards the suspects.
