Livorno Ring us, and three. The comic saga by Emiliano Geppetti, Claudio Marmugi and Carlo Bosco “Citofonateci” returns to the Cral Eni Theater in Livorno (viale Ippolito Nievo 38), with a brand new and unpublished chapter, for which pre-sales are already open.
Friday 5 April and Saturday 6, at 9pm, the conclusion of the craziest show of the year will be staged, a hybrid (successful, according to the public) between brilliant theatre, cabaret, sitcom, radio and match of improvisation – always different every time.
In the first episode Geppetti and Marmugi moved in together for artistic reasons; the two brought with them a new model of “Alexa”, played by Carlo Bosco. The result was a satire on the Alpha male, full of hilarious moments (such as the passages with the great couples of history, from Cleopatra to Fedez).
The special guest, in the role of a visiting friend, was Stefano Santomauro. In the second chapter, the coexistence has evolved, but so has Carlo Bosco’s Alexo, who has begun to steal the scene and space from the couple of friends. Also disturbing are the intrusions of various neighbors, all played by Paola Pasqui.
The third episode promises sparks: enlisted in the role of “guest star” is the actor, author and director Graziano Salvadori, a comedian who has made the history of Italian cabaret since the end of the 1980s, thanks to programs such as “Fresh Air”, “Vernice fresco” and “Domenica In” (many paired with the unforgettable Niki Giustini).
Fun is guaranteed. The Geppetti-Bosco-Marmugi trio is not new to cabaret: in 2022 the three successfully brought “Coinquilini di gabina” to the stage. Emiliano Geppetti and Carlo Bosco are respectively the frontman and keyboard player of the electropop group “Gary Baldi Bros” (also together in the auteur pop group “Lo Zuccherificio”), Claudio Marmugi is an actor, satirist and cabaret artist. The three have collaborated on several occasions since the early 2000s.
