MBezzecchi arch he returned to the podium in Jerez. The VR46 driver, after the difficult adaptation to the GP23, managed to do a race at the level of the value shown last year.
This return to the podium, 16 points, puts him in ninth place in the world rankings, just ahead of teammate Diggia. It can’t be said that all the problems are solved but it’s nice to see him happy and satisfied. These were his words at the end of the race.

“Here in Jerez we found a good feeling with the bike straight away and this helped me to be faster, I’m very happy with this result, I’ve been missing it for a while. Between the end of last year with the injury and given the difficult start to this year, we needed a good race”
About tomorrow’s test…
“We have a lot of work to do because obviously I don’t consider myself to have arrived, it will be an important test, we have to try some changes, I’m curious to see what feedback they will give me, also because now there are tracks that I really like and I want to be competitive”

“You choose the title, as I said before I will be back when I can reconfirm, today was a good weekend but you know how it works on a motorbike, everything can change in an instant, I saw it on myself last year. I won in India and I never went on the podium again. Before saying I’m back I want to do at least one more.”
What lesson did this complicated moment give you?
“Only one is difficult to say, unfortunately or fortunately you always learn in the most difficult moments, I think I’ve grown as a rider, adapting to the bike, riding over problems, even today I wasn’t 100%, I’m still missing something though to now let’s enjoy, there’s little to say, let’s enjoy (laughs, ed.)”
