The Ministry of Health and the Bennet, Migross and Coop supermarkets have decided to publish the recall by the manufacturer of a batch of tasty Fiorani brand tartare. The reason is quite serious and has been described precisely by this supermarket chain.

These tartares, it seems, have a possible contamination from Escherichia coli STEC. We are referring to a very specific lot, i.e. 20124TG and the expiry date 05/28/2024 and it is 210 pieces therefore 2 pieces. The Fiorani & C. Srl company produced the recalled tartare and therefore, as a precaution, You should not consume this product if you have it at home.

The affected product is sold in 250 gram jars with the batch number 114 and the incorrect expiration date 07/22/2004. The reason, therefore, is a misprint of the deadline: the correct expiration date is 07/22/24, but the wrong date is 07/22/04 on the package.
