Months before his death, actor Matthew Perry purchased this three bedroom house on the Hollywood Hills, in the city of Los Angeles. Now, this property from the former star of the ‘Friends’ series is back on the market for 5.2 million dollarsapproximately 4.8 million euros.
Located in the Hollywood Hills, it’s an “elegant mid-century treasure,” according to the Douglas Elliman agency, which deals with the sale of the property. As the documents show, the actor purchased the home in June 2023 for less than $5 million.
The property has more than 230 m2 on one floor. It offers an “elevated luxury environment while embracing original architectural aesthetics,” the announcement reads. Details include hardwood floors, a fireplace, a remodeled kitchen, dining areas and laundry.
One of the three bedrooms is a master suite with a walk-in closet, while another of the bedrooms is currently used as “a very elegant screening room.” Outside there is a central patio with a swimming pool. Actor Matthew Perry he died last October at the age of 54. He remained in everyone’s memory by giving life to Chandler, from the famous North American series ‘Friends’.
