For two years, she followed intensive therapy at the Gemelli Hospital, including a treatment based on immunoglobulins and cortisone. “I went through very dark times and spent two years of treatment at the Gemelli Hospital,” the woman wrote.

During this time, it didn’t take him long to realize that the other patients’ symptoms were different from his. Determined to see clearly, she went to the Mayo Clinic, a highly prestigious hospital abroad. After a short hospitalization, received a new diagnosis, which ruled out previously diagnosed autoimmune disease.

“Today, however, I want to support all those who experience the disease Multiple Sclerosis and encourage scientific research to find new therapies and a definitive cure,” he declared.
