It produces valves for starting scooter engines Ygros, from Zanè, with its vocation for innovative mechanical processing, it is among the ten medium-small and “winning” companies selected by Intesa Sanpaolo. These are the flagships of resilient, creative and green production, which have an edge: from the design of Athesis to Westrafo and indeed Ygros for mechanics.

As regards the latter, the selection criteria are based on the ability to have activated projects or achieved significant results in economic value and social impact, innovation and research, digital and ecological transition, export and internationalisation, generational transition and dimensional consolidation, training and welfare.

The history of this winning reality from the Alto Vicenza area

It all began in 2004, when having to find a solution to a particular plant application, the team proposed a new solution: a non-return valve without a spring. The result will be the patent of a technology capable of offering an essential one-way valve, which does not require maintenance, thanks to the total absence of the classic intermediate components.

Everything develops under the name of Carollo srl, metalworking company with over 40 years of experience in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. After the success of the first prototypes, the project will be constantly developed up to the current EDF, 3-A, Wafer, Pharmaball and Aggroball, YEV and YSV versions. With this revolutionary concept, Carollo srl brings the future to the world of plant engineering, guaranteeing new and unbeatable standards of hygiene, durability and efficiency.

And it is precisely with this precise mission that the Ygros division was founded in 2010. The company will soon make itself noticed on the market, standing out above all thanks to its innovative patented magnetic technology; the ever-increasing sales and international recognition are confirmation of this. Motivated by these successes and inclined to evolve, engineers always push research one step beyond the limit, constantly proposing new solutions and applications.
