An intelligent laboratory has been created at Ogr Tech, dedicated to the development and testing of cloud and artificial intelligence to demonstrate the potential of these technologies applied in various sectors such as smart cities, tourism, manufacturing and retail sectors, and the financial sector.
This is the first Customer Innovation Center and Tim Enterprise created it together with Google Cloud, with the aim of driving innovation and speeding up the transformation of public administration and businesses. It is a real showroom adaptable to the needs of visitors, where Tim Enterprise and Google Cloud intend to translate the research into real use cases applicable to the market. «Today we are the most relevant player in the country’s cloud generation, we produce around 22% of all the cloud that exists in Italy at the moment and we have developed a couple of super-evolved artificial intelligence platforms with our partners. One of these gives the possibility of offering city administrators and mayors dashboards with which they can manage the improvement of their municipality in real time. These are two areas of excellence that we are trying to develop, in our opinion successfully. Making the journey with an entity like Google helps us, we do it with other players on different platforms with different technologies” underlined Elio Schiavo, chief enterprise and innovative solutions officer of Tim. «The Customer Innovation Center in Turin emerges as a key resource for digital transformation and innovation.
