Rome – What is meant by “healthy aging” when the topic is cognitive health? What are the clinical aspects? What role do genetics and lifestyles, such as nutrition and physical activity, have? What impact does loneliness have? These are some of the themes at the center of the volume that will be presented during the event, “Old age and cognitive health. A human, clinical and social commitment”, edited by Marco Trabucchi and published by Il Mulino. The book, whose authors are all specialists of the highest professional profile with specific skills in the field of brain sciences, represents a real guide for the multimodal management of healthy aging with particular attention to aspects of cognitive decline.
