The first talent show was broadcast by Rai in 1956: it was Primo applauso hosted by Enzo Tortora, with unknown people and a jury of famous artists voting for them. Among the guests of the Amadeus episode, with which Morandi hosted the Sanremo Festival in 2023, Francesca Michielin and Roberto Vecchioni.
