The great football of the European Championships on Rai 1 continues to dictate reading on television, leaving the crumbs to others. Yesterday, Sunday 30 June 2024, the television evening proposed Spain-Georgia, match valid for the quarter-finals of Euro2024. The strong alternative of the evening was the soap Segreti di Famiglia on Canale 5, while on Ra3 the appointment began with replays of the best Report services by Sigfrido Ranucci. TV ratings yesterday 30th June (prime time): European Championships, Family Secrets and Report
As mentioned, the European Football Championship match Spain-Georgia dominated the television viewing. The Red Furies’ comeback victory (4 to 1) was followed by 4,403,000 viewers, equivalent to a 28.6% share. Second place went to the Turkish soap opera on Canale 5 Segreti di Famiglia, which snatched 1,683,000 viewers with a 12.5% share. A disappointing result, however, for Report by Sigfrido Ranucci. The Rai 3 investigation program glued 852,000 viewers to the screen with a 5.6% share, a result that is clearly down compared to seasonal standards (but it must be said that it was the first non-original episode). On Italia1 the film Do you know Claudia? With Paola Cortellisi and Aldo Giovanni and Giacomo collected 844,000 viewers with a 5.8% share, on Rete4 The Theory of Everything was the choice of 399,000 viewers (3.1% share), while the cult The Partner (with Tom Cruise) on La7 interested 323,000 viewers with 2.9% and The Bridal Veil: The Legacy (Rai 2) collected 725,000 viewers (4.7%).
Early evening TV ratings: Insegno wins, TV8 booms with Formula 1
In the access prime time slot it wins (as usual) Chain Reaction by Pino Insegno, although this time with less clear numbers. The Rai 1 game show interested 2,475,000 viewers with 21%, while on Canale5 Caduta Libera entertained 1,625,000 viewers (14.2%). Worth noting is the excellent result on TV with Formula 1: the deferred broadcast of the Australasian GP was seen by 997,000 spectators (10.2%), while on Nove Cash or Trash – Who Offers More? holds up and wins 537,000 spectators (3.5%).
