From Lake Candia (Turin) to Rimini, the athletes of Cus Catania still carry high the name of the Etna University Sports Centre, thanks to the victory for the rowers in the Italian Masters Championship, and 3rd place for Beatrice La Spina in the floor exercise obtained at the LB individual national rhythmic gymnastics championships.
THE EXPERIENCE OF THE VETERANS OF CUS CATANIA: GOLD IN ROWING IN THE FOUR-PAIR AND SILVER IN THE MIXED EIGHT
In the Canavese body of water, the crew made up of Francesco Moscuzza, Stefano Conti, Lorenzo D’Arrigo and Davide Truglio won gold in the “Four sculls” after also finishing in front in the qualifying tests of the Italian Master Championship. The Cusino armor imposed itself on the Romans of the Circolo Canottieri Aniene and on the Turin members of the Società Canottieri Armida.

With the score of 9.300, the very young gymnast of Cus Catania, category J1, born in 2011, climbs onto the third step of the podium in Rimini thanks to its undisputed elegance. A distinctive sign that he brings with him to every competition. The music chosen for its variation, “One man’s Dreams” by Yanni, it was not easy to interpret and yet Beatrice The Thornhe was able to make it his own, managing to combine technique with class.
