The other day at the Turin CTO, a 42-year-old from San Mauro Torinese died who had been involved a few hours earlier in a dramatic accident that occurred along the Turin ring road, near the Interporto Sito exit (in Orbassano, towards Milan ). The colleagues of Prima Settimo report it.
According to what emerged, his truck would have violently hit a van, which then ended up against a wall and caught fire. The man driving the van was pulled from the burning wreckage by some passing motorists. But fortunately his condition was not serious, although obviously he was later admitted to the emergency room.

Rescue operations
A patrol of carabinieri, the traffic police, an ambulance and the fire brigade intervened at the scene of the accident. The situation of the truck driver, a 42-year-old resident of San Mauro Torinese, immediately appeared critical, immediately transported in code red due to cardiac arrest to the emergency room of the CTO hospital. Having undergone surgery for serious abdominal trauma, he passed away a few hours later.
Now, of course, investigations are underway to determine the causes of the accident.
