In the meeting held on Thursday 27 June 2024, the Company provided some updates and some answers to the questions posed in previous meetings by the Trade Unions.

Testing of cash counter closures.
The Company confirmed that the experiment of closing 40 cash registers and another 64 on alternate days (as previously communicated) will start on July 8th and that by the end of this week a circular will be issued that should clarify the operational aspects and also provide indications for communication to customers. It was also confirmed that the loading of the ATMs will be handled by an external company.
Holiday falling on Sunday.
It has been further clarified that it will be possible to request the monetization in Dm Time (in case of non-use) of the permit corresponding to the holiday falling on Sunday 2 June 2024, at any time of the year with the relative credit in the first available pay slip. Otherwise, if at the end of the year the permit has not yet been used or monetized, the credit
will happen automatically in January 2025.

Change in working hours.
In confirming what is provided for in the new CCNL and communicated via news, the Company has confirmed that workers with reduced hours will be assigned a proportional quantity of permits to be used and available in DM Time. As regards part-time workers with full hours on Fridays, the Company has
assured that they have all been or will all be contacted to agree on the best solution among various viable options: moving the full day to another day of the week where possible, changing one’s weekly working hours from 32.5 hours to 32 hours, recovering half an hour at another time of the week or provide the possibility of using it only for the half hour
Friday lunch break reduced. As a result of this change, as requested, the schedules of the shuttles operating in Rome will also vary.

Conciliations.
Another date has been announced on which the conciliations relating to the company’s early retirement plan which will concern around thirty workers will take place in Milan (Bezzi): Monday 8 July at 11:00.

Corporate Award 2024-2025
As we have been waiting for some time, the Company has provided an initial illustration of the tax opinions received regarding the methods and possibilities of tax relief on the productivity bonus for the year 2024 (with payment during the year 2025).

Transfer of the e-money sector business unit.
The Company illustrated the proposed agreement regarding the workers involved in the transfer of a business unit for which it is the desire of the Trade Unions to find solutions, as has already happened in the past, to fully protect them. For this reason, the proposals regarding the return clauses must be evaluated; the temporary maintenance of credit and company supplementary national collective bargaining agreements, and of supplementary healthcare and pension benefits; smart working hours; and the availability of the company bonus and the 2024 welfare bonus.
