Tuscania – Drunk driving causes three-car accident, reported.
“Not only road checks for the Carabinieri of the Tuscania company over the last weekend – the Carabinieri said in a note – the Carabinieri’s commitment also extended to other activities aimed at guaranteeing safety and legality on the territory.

TO Tuscania, the carabinieri reported a 25-year-old to the prefecture of Viterbo for personal consumption of narcotic substances. The young man was caught smoking a joint of hashish, which was subjected to administrative seizure.
TO Montalto di Castrothe Carabinieri station notified the mandatory expulsion order with a ban on return to that municipality to two foreign people, following a request from the military as the two appeared to be homeless and usually caused disturbance to order and security public of that center.

Presumption of innocence
In the Italian criminal system the presumption of innocence applies until the final sentence. Presumption of innocence which is based on article 27 of the Italian constitution according to which a person “is not considered guilty until finally convicted”.
