Giorno (PD): “Liberal turn, megaphone of the majority”

Taranto – We are pleased to know that the advisors of Liberal turn have decided to say something on such an important topic for the city, it’s been a while since we heard from them in the game of relations between the center right and Melucci. Certainly, none of them can give us morals, from being provincial secretary of the Democratic Party, always elected on the left, to a megaphone for the centre-right that dialogues with Melucci, it is the figure of the political morality they want to represent, already widely rejected by the city.

I don’t remember, during my mandate as councilor, having had much attention from them on the Games, certainly on other topics such as the PUG, but without great results. Certainly they no longer speak out about this either, almost as if they too were in the majority. What happened?

Regarding the games, positions, press conferences, letters and meetings also with the mayor and the commissioner are on record. The delays are objective: a year of wasted time for which you too, now exponents who have moved from the left to the right and defenders of the commissioner’s work, will have to give an account to the city. There is no point in intervening on the merits of the project, it is clear that the figures and details given are completely imaginative, on the contrary the choice to reject it due to the costs (50 million) now far exceeded by the new project was not. Today the news emerged of a cut of a few million due to lack of money. Why don’t you use your time to ask Fitto to remove them from Lecce or Francavilla, and put them on Taranto? Something doesn’t add up.”
