Yellow alert in Trapani and Agrigento due to rain
The weather forecast indicates the possibility of rain on the island already this evening and will affect most places on the island.
However, for Tuesday 25 June the precipitation in warning 24176 will be “From isolated to scattered, even with a shower or thunderstorm character, in the western sectors, with weak or moderate cumulative quantities; isolated, even of a reverse or stormy nature, on the remaining sectors, with weak cumulative quantities”. This leads to a yellow alert in the provinces of Trapani and Agrigento indicated in the regional civil protection note.

Fire risk on orange pre-alert
The other note from the regional civil protection concerns the risk of fires and heat waves. The orange warning remains despite the rain. With medium danger in four provinces (Caltanissetta, Enna, Ragusa and Syracuse) and low in the rest of the island areas. Finally, no anomalous heat wave is indicated.
Temperatures will be between 27 and 33 degrees, therefore essentially in the average for the seasonal period.
