THE routes dedicated to trekking include a dense network of paths that wind through nature during the day and in the light of the colors of a sunset, ancient settlements, landscapes overlooking the sea, sanctuaries and visits to the cellars of the ancient villages. You can participate in the activity at discovery of “herbs”, that is, spontaneous herbs that are still used today to prepare traditional local dishes. Events
The start point it is always the Park Reception Center which is located at the railway stations of the various villages that dot the region. In July there will be “Poetic naturalistic path to discover Eugenio Montale” which will unfold between San Francesco, Torre Aurora, Punta Corone. And again “In the Footsteps of the Painters”a route that winds through the villages of Riomaggiore and Manarola to get to know the places that inspired the famous painter of the 19th century Telemaco Signorini.
