The path towards the new Castellina in Chianti operational plan marks a new stage. On Tuesday 25 June at 5.30 pm, in the Casa dei Progetti in via delle Mura 30, a meeting open to all citizens and technicians is scheduled to delve deeper into the reading of the Operational Plan, currently adopted by the Municipality with the possibility of presenting observations until to July 13th.
The appointment will see the presence of the sole manager of the procedure, Roberto Gamberucci, of the guarantor of communication and participation, Serena Burresi, of the technicians of the urban planning office of the Municipality of Castellina in Chianti and of the external group of professionals who drew up the operational plan .
On the institutional website of the Municipality of Castellina in Chianti, in the ‘New municipal operational plan’ section, the documents and documents relating to the operational plan can be consulted and the forms for submitting observations can be downloaded. These must be received by 13 July 2024, 60 days after the publication of the notice on the BURT, which took place on 15 May 2024, as required by article 19 of Regional Law 65/2014.
Observations can be submitted by hand delivery to the protocol office, in viale Rimembranza, 14; via registered letter with return receipt addressed to the Municipality of Castellina in Chianti or via PEC, writing to [email protected].
