The president of the Provincial Council, Gianluca Quadrini, sent a letter to the provincial fire brigade commander, architect Alessandra Rilievi, requesting “the establishment of a seasonal fire brigade in the municipality of Ceprano”. A reminder motivated by the “strategic position of Ceprano, located near the motorway toll booth, which would guarantee greater accessibility and speed of intervention during the 2024 forest fire prevention campaign”.
“The creation of a seasonal garrison in Ceprano – states Quadrini – would make it possible to strengthen the emergency response capacity in view of the problems of the summer heat, which increase the critical issues, and to improve the effectiveness of rescue operations”.
