CASALMAGGIORE – Involved in a rear-end collision, at the time of the check he hid the hashish under the seat, but the gesture did not escape the police. So icArabinieri from the Aliquota Radiomobile of Casalmaggiore reported a 25-year-old man to the Prefecture as a drug user, with the simultaneous withdrawal of his driving license.

Yesterday, around 8am, a Radiomobile patrol was sent to via Beduschi due to a road accident. The military went to the site and verified that four cars were involved in a pile-up with no injuries. The military identified all the drivers and, when they approached the 25-year-old’s car, they smelled a strong odor of drugs coming from the passenger compartment.

The owner of the vehicle said he had nothing, but with a sudden movement, believing he was not seen, he hid something under a seat. The soldiers searched the vehicle and found two cellophane wrappers containing approximately 8 grams of hashish under the seat. The narcotic, for personal use, was seized and the 25-year-old was reported to the Prefecture as a drug user. Against him, taking into account that he had access to a motor vehicle, the military also proceeded with the immediate withdrawal of his driving license.
