From the 21st to 23rd June the first edition of. will be held in Gravina in Puglia (BA). “Biodiverse. The Italy of Parks tells its story” the national event which aims to celebrate the richness of Italy’s protected areas and promote sustainable tourism.

Three days to explore the themes of environmental protection and economic development, accompanied by visits, workshops and recreational activities aimed at families and children. Numerous meetings with authorities and experts in the sector to share good practices and strategies for the conservation and management of parks and protected areas. The event is promoted by the Alta Murgia National Park on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of its establishment (10 March 2004) and organized in collaboration with Federparchi, the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, ISPRA, the Puglia Region, the Lazio Region and the Municipality of Gravina.

There Lazio region will be present with its own exhibition space for the promotion of System of Protected Natural Areas of the region and will present numerous workshops on nature and environmental sustainability with tastings And show cooking with Natura in Campo brand products to enhance the sustainable and traditional agri-food excellences coming from the territories of the protected natural areas of Lazio.
