HALLE. After the singles, Sinner also wins in doubles.
Jannik, paired with the Polish Hubert Hurkaczgreat friend of the champion from Sesto and current number 9 in the world, he also made his debut with a success in the doubles tournament in Hallebeating the two Americans Lammons and Withrow, seeded number 3 in the event, in the tie break of the third set.

The second partial is also very balanced. It reaches 5-5, then Hurkacz loses serve and the Americans complete the job: 7-5.
We go to the third set: Sinner and Hurkacz set the break (4-2), but are reached at 6-6. It arrives with the blue and the Pole announcing two match points, after a great response from Withrow on Sinner’s serve. This brings us to 9-9 and, this time, the break goes to the South Tyrolean and his partner, who then puts in an excellent turn at bat which gives the game and victory: 11-9.
Now the pair to face will be the all-French one made up of Doumbia and Reboul.
For Sinner, however, tomorrow – Thursday 20 June – it will be time to return to the singles court after the success against Griekspoor debut: the South Tyrolean’s opponent it will be the Hungarian Marozsan, number 45 in the world.
