Dimensione Corse is still a protagonist. The Pistoia team excelled in the team competition expressed by the Reggello Rally, an event valid for the Zone 7 Rally Cup set – over the weekend – on the roads of the Florentine Valdarno. A result realized through the performances of the standard bearers in the race, five between modern and historical comparison. Carlo Alberto Senigagliesi, the record holder of the event with six victories to his credit, took fifth place overall. At the wheel of the Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo, the driver from Pomarance became the interpreter of an increasing conduct, aimed at the upper echelons of the ranking. S1600 class victory for Michele Rovatti, on the Renault Clio shared – for the first time – with Andrea Calandroni. The Dimensione Corse driver also finished in eighth place overall and in command in the two-wheel drive comparison. Entertainment was ensured by the Citroën DS3 Wrc of Massimo Beltrami, paired with Marco Menchini. The Swiss driver finished tenth, making his debut on the Florentine roads. He guaranteed himself kilometers in order to optimize the feeling with Marco Mori’s Renault Clio Rally5. The driver from Lucca finished in fifth place in his class, flanked by Jari Cavaciocchi, in his second experience with the car. In the historic comparison, valid for the Zone 3 Rally Trophy, Alberto Nocentini and Marco Guerretti took the third step of the 4th Grouping podium, with the driver returning to the wheel of the Alfa Romeo 33 after his debut on the roads of the Tuscany Rally at the beginning of the season.

From the Zone 3 Rally Cup to the “Zone 1”, from Tuscany to the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola for the sixtieth edition of the Valli Ossolane Rally, an event which saw seventeen Dimensione Corse crews at the start. In a record context, in terms of quality and quantity, the Pescia team ranked fifth in a comparison that involved thirty-two teams. Eighteenth, on his debut on the Volkswagen Polo Rally2, was Christian Cavalli, flanked by Michel Ramoni. In nineteenth place, the Skoda Fabia Rally2 of Alberto Baiardi and Maurizio Albertone, with the driver making his debut on the car. R3 class victory for Silvio Pelgantini and Luca Metaldi, on Renault Clio, thirtieth in an overall ranking that saw almost forty examples of the “queen” class, Rally2, at the start. Claudio Rizzato and Andrea Galantucci prevailed in the Rally4/R2 class comparison, on a Peugeot 208 R2. In the same category, Alessio Cannavale and Giulia Muffatti stood out as committed standard bearers on a Peugeot 208 R2, with a view to conveying a message in favor of bone marrow donation through sport. The crew finished in fourth place, ahead of team mates Fabrizio Dinetti and Pietro Monti, also on a Peugeot 208. Satisfactory debut, on the Renault Clio S1600, for Alan Parianotti, fourth in class with Alessandro Rossi on the notes. Arrival full of competitive spirit, expressed on a Peugeot 106 K10, for Donato Barazzetti and Rino Balassi, awaited on a special board by the public for special occasions. N2 class victory for Christian Levati and Arianna Pitto, on Peugeot 106. A class full of competitiveness which saw, in fifth position, Giuliano Antonioli and Simona Zampese, on Citroën Saxo, arriving after a series of races conditioned by bad luck. Umberto and Martina Vallo, father and daughter engaged in the seats of the Rover MG ZR 105, concluded in second position in class A5 – satisfied with the performance and result.
