The 37th edition of the European Swimming Championships will take place in Belgrade until June 23rd. Many titles are up for grabs, for four different disciplines: artistic swimming, open water swimming, lane swimming and diving. Many Azzurri are competing and chasing medals. Here is the complete medal list.
The medals of the Italians
On 10 June Italy placed third in the technical test a teams. Then on the 11th in the men’s technical only came the bronze of Giorgio Minisini. On June 12th in the women’s 10 km in open water, second Barbara Pozzobon And third Giulia Gabbrielleschi. Gold also came from the 10 kilometre Gregorio Paltrinieri. In the mixed free duo of artistic swimming on 13 June, Italy came second. And two other medals also arrived: in the five kilometers in open water Ginevra Taddeucci won silver among women, while Marcello Guidi the bronze on the same distance between the men. Second Giorgio Minisini in the only men’s freestyle of artistic swimming. And in the third place acrobatic routine for synchronisms Blue. On June 14th, however, silver arrived in the technical mixed duo Filippo Pelati and Sarah Maria Rizea. Italian double then in the 25 km in open water. The gold went to Dario Verani, second place and silver medal for Matteo Furlan. Gold also for Barbara Pozzobon in the women’s 25 km race. Instead a silver arrives for Italy in the artistic swimming team freestyle. On 15 June medal for the Italian 4×1.5 km relay: Giulia Gabbrielleschi, Ginevra Taddeucci, Andrea Filadelli and Marcello Guidi they win silver.
