As we told you in recent days, the meeting between Sarno Display of Carnate, engaged in the creation of visual displays for the beauty, eyewear and jewelery sector, and the main trade unions ended positively, in reference to an affair which occurred in an employee of the company. The woman, we remember, following a road accident, found herself unable to go to work and carry out her duties.

Thanks to the agreement between the company and the unions, the employee will remain at home until her health conditions allow her to return to work. In these hours, the company itself wanted to underline how attention to people and social issues have always been at the center of company policies.
“The meeting was quick and constructive, as always – he explains Cristian Paravano, director of Sarno Display, on the sidelines of the union meeting. The attention of the Group and Sarno to people and to society, the newfound positive trend of the company and the usual constructive attitude of the union parties have made it possible to grant the employee a salary of 60% of the salary, until she is allowed to return in the company. Upon your return, we will evaluate the possibility of a job change, if necessary. We know that the accident was not minor, we wish her a speedy recovery. We are waiting for you.”
Paravano is also keen to point out that: ‘All Sarno Display employees are awaiting their colleague’s return.’
