Work starts tomorrow for the redevelopment of the water and gas networks in via Gorizia. The asphalting works continue in Romiti, Cava and Ospedaletto. The laying of 800 meters of new pipelines will affect the stretch between the roundabout of via Monte San Michele and via Lughese until mid-September. Meanwhile, the asphalting plan continues in the three districts, which will affect over 68 roads until October. Coinciding with the closure of schools, work will begin tomorrow on the installation of the new water and gas pipes, by Inrete Distribuzione Energia, the Hera Group company, in via Gorizia, in the San Benedetto district. The works will involve the entire roadway and traffic will be prohibited, with the exception of emergency vehicles, until mid-September, the period in which the section of Via Gorizia affected by the works is expected to reopen.
During the construction site, which will advance in sections of 100 meters at a time in order to minimize inconvenience to traffic, access to alternative roads will be guaranteed in the parallel streets: Monte Pasubio, Monte Cismon, Monte Sei Busi, Bainsizza, Carso, Domokos and Edolo. After those in viale Bologna and via Firenze, the restoration work on the road pavement in the Romiti and Cava districts will also resume tomorrow, after a short break and at the request of the Municipality. Inrete Distribuzione Energia will proceed with the asphalting of over 112 thousand m2, for a total of 68 roads distributed in the Romiti, Cava and Ospedaletto districts.
