Milan –Tragedy in the late afternoon today, Friday 14 June a Milanarea Gambara. Around 7pm fire it flared up in a garage in via Fra Galgario. THEThe toll is dramatic: three dead and four injured. They were the ones who lost their lives Silvano Tollardo, 67 years old, Carolina De Luca, 63, and Antonio Tollardo, 34who were in their home suddenly invaded by smoke and flames: according to an initial inspection by the medical examiner they would be deaths due to poisoning.

The fire started from a car undergoing repairs
The dramatic fire was apparently caused by flames starting from the workshop located at the base of the building affected by the fire, probably from a car under repair. This is what witnesses on site reported. The flames would have torn away the back and invaded the stairwell, reaching the apartments on the floors. ”My dad was returning home when the fire broke out and in a second the flames engulfed the entire building” says a boy who lives in the condominium.
The three injured
The number of injured rises to 4: this is a 39-year-old taken for burns under code yellow to the Polyclinic and three people (a 68-year-old woman, an elderly woman aged 89 and a man aged 56) taken under code green to the San Giuseppe and San Carlo hospitals. According to reports, among the three people rescued there would also be the owner or an employee of the garage.

According to what has been reconstructed, the flames, after having completely engulfed the garage, spread reached the first floors of the condominiumwhich it was evacuated. A team from the Via Sardegna Detachment immediately arrived on site and other teams were sent as reinforcements from the operations center in Via Messina.
