Fear in Milan. A fire developed today, Friday 14 June 2024, a Milan: the fire apparently started from a garage. The However, the flames involved the first three floors of the building which was evacuated. There were no injuries at the moment. Firefighters sent by the Milan provincial command are on site.
There is still little information regarding what happened. The fire has started around 7.30pm today in a building located at number 8 of via Fra Galgario in the Gambara area. From the very first news it would be a car workshop was hit by flames. Once the alarm was received, a team from the Via Sardegna Detachment was sent to the scene. Immediately afterwards, two other groups arrived and were sent as reinforcements from the operations center in via Messina.
The black cloud that formed is visible for several kilometers. It would seem that in a very short time the flames involved the first three floors of the building: the entire palace was evacuated. It is not clear whether there are any injuries or not. The doctors and paramedics of 118 and the police could also arrive on site to provide all the necessary support. Once the flames have been extinguished, we will try to understand what could have caused them to start and in particular whether it was a malicious act or a malfunction.
