The activity of the assistance desks for citizens, technicians and experts will end at the end of June.

The function of the desks is to provide assistance and consultancy for the investigation to the benefit of qualified technicians for the drafting of sworn appraisals, useful for allowing families and businesses to complete and forward applications for contributions via the «Sfinge Alluvione 2023» IT platform of the Emilia-Romagna Region.

The service is aimed not only at those who have doubts about completing the applications and assessments, but also at those who are still uncertain about submitting the request despite having started the damage verification and assessment phase.

The desks are made up of staff from the commissioner structure and technicians from Invitalia, the agency of the Ministry of Economy and Finance responsible for the second level preliminary investigation phase.
