Ask ARERA, the Connexia campaign to resolve doubts about electricity and gas supplies will start on 10 June

Ask ARERA is there new institutional communication campaign promoted by ARERA, Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment, starting on Monday 10 June.

The initiative aims to help consumers resolve doubts about electricity and gas supplies, especially in view of the changes linked to the end of the electricity protection service scheduled for 30 June 2024.

The CONNEXIA team, the marketing and communication brand of the MarTech Company Retex, signs the creative concept and takes care of the planning. The spot, which will be on air on TV and radio, broadcast on national channels and then on the RAI spaces made available by the Department for Information and Publishing of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, has the aim of making citizens aware of the free information and tools made available by the Authority to understand and move in the face of new developments in the energy market, such as, for example, to analyze one’s consumption habits, compare offers on the free market, know one’s rights or learn to read the bill.

The campaign will be also amplified on social media with live video tutorials from June to August, which will explain to users the main topics related to energy supplies.

“At a time when doubts and perplexities about changes in supplies distress many Italians, it is essential to communicate the central, informative, but also concrete support role of ARERA. – comments Riccardo Catagnano, Executive Creative Director Connexia in the note. Doing it with lightness and humor is a precise communicative choice, so that users feel increasingly closer, understood, and know that they can count on the tools made available by the Authority to dispel all their uncertainties”.
