Petrol and diesel prices, good news: further downward adjustments

Good news for those ready to pack their bags and hit the road. The international prices of petroleum products are rising again but the effects of the cuts of recent days are still being felt on the fuel network. The average prices charged at the pump for petrol and diesel are in fact decreasing. And there are new downward adjustments from the operators, with Tamoil falling by 1 cent on the recommended prices of the two fuels.

Coming to the detail of the trend on the network, based on the processing by Quotidiano Energia of the data communicated by the managers to the Mimit Price Observatory updated at 8am yesterday 6 June, the average price of petrol in self-service mode is 1.857 euros/litre ( 1.861 the previous survey), with the companies between 1.847 and 1.867 euros/litre (no logo 1.853). The average price charged for self-service diesel is 1,706 euros/litre (compared to 1,710), with the different brands between 1,695 and 1,715 euros/litre (no logo 1,703).

On the petrol service, the average price charged is 2.001 euros/litre (2.005 the previous figure), with colored systems with prices between 1.933 and 2.069 euros/litre (no logo 1.912). The average diesel served is 1,851 euros/litre (against 1,855), with company sales points with average prices between 1,784 and 1,917 euros/litre (no logo 1,761). The average prices charged for LPG are between 0.714 and 0.734 euros/litre (no logo 0.701). Finally, the average prices of methane for cars range from 1.309 to 1.385 euros/kg (no logo 1.322).
