So much desire for the beach. And the prices? There’s something for everyone

Where you go, what cost you find. Soon, the beaches of the province of Lecce will be filled with swimmers, from the Ionian side to the Adriatic side. But how much is the daily rate for an umbrella and two sunbeds in an equipped beach? Costs vary, sometimes significantly, from facility to facility.

On the Ionian beaches, starting from south to north, at Lido Il Molo in Torre San Giovanni, Ugento marina, the “three-way option” costs 18 euros in June and 20 in September. In July, 22 for the first and second rows, 21 for the third and fourth and 20 for all the others; in August, the rate rises to 28 euros for the first and second row, 25 for the third and fourth and 22 for the others.

Going up the Salento peninsula, prices also rise. In Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo offers three different solutions, the rates of which vary according to the distance from the “heart” of the establishment. In June it is possible to have an umbrella and two sunbeds for a cost ranging from 32 to 28 euros. In July they range from 42 to 33 euros. In August from 59 to 40.

Remaining in Gallipoli, at Lido Rivabella, the costs in June are 25 euros for the first row and 20 for the others. In July they rise to 30 and 25 respectively. In August you pay 50 euros for the first row, 45 for the second and 40 for all the others. In September the cost is 20 euros.

At Lido Togo in Porto Cesareo, the differentiation of rates is more complex. In the low season, until June 21st and from September 14th, the cost of an umbrella and two sunbeds in the front row, with a comfort solution which includes, among other things, a large umbrella with table, storage drawer and big sunbeds with mattress, is of 60 euros, then progressively lowers to 40 for the rows from the fourth onwards. From 22 June to 19 July, in mid-season, the number ranges from 80 in the first row to 59 in the fourth onwards. Finally, in high season, from 20 July to 1 September, from 90 in the first row to 60 in the rows beyond the third.

Moving on to the Adriatic coast, to Lido Ficò in Marina di Marittima, where the basic option is complemented by the presence of a table, in the first row in June and September you pay 40 euros, in July 50, in August 65. For the second row , the prices drop respectively to 30, 40 and 55. And, from the third onwards, to 25, 35 and 50. Discounts are available on season passes.

At Lido Riva del Sole, in Otranto, in the Laghi Alimini area, the three-way option costs 20 euros in June, 25 in July and 30 in August.

In San Foca, Lido Li Marangi, until June 14th, from Monday to Friday, you pay 18 euros, which becomes 23 on Saturdays and Sundays. From 15 June to 19 July and from 28 August to 8 September the costs range from 25 euros from Monday and Friday to 30 euros for Saturday and Sunday. From July 20th to August 25th, you pay 38 euros from Monday to Friday and 43 on Saturday and Sunday. Changes are expected for holidays and days before holidays and for the week from 10th to 18th August.

We end our tour among the seaside facilities, in San Cataldo and more precisely at Lido York. Here, for an umbrella and two sunbeds, 15 euros are enough in June, 21 in July, 24 in August and 15 in September.

In short, there is something for all tastes and budgets.
