He fired at the car of his neighbours, he is facing trial for attempted murder

Caltanissetta – He will have to answer for attempted murder. This is the accusation hanging over his head and which landed him in court. A thirty-eight year old, VC., is called to the dock because he is accused of having fired several shots at a passing car. Shots that would have only reached the vehicle and not the occupants. On that vehicle there would have been neighboring landowners with whom, according to the investigative reconstruction, it would have previously had some disagreements. And for those shots he allegedly committed in the Gelese countryside, he found himself facing a heavy charge. He, the accused, actually admitted in some way to having fired the gun that day, but only to defend himself, so as to overturn the accusatory theory based on police investigations. In essence, according to the exculpatory theory, he would have been the victim, not the perpetrator of a failed ambush, and he would only have defended himself. His theory was not enough to avoid him ending up in court.
