It’s been a week since Michele Lanfranchi he went around the Giostra district with that gun in his pocket, a 7.65 bought who knows where and from whom. According to friends and acquaintances, in the last 48 hours the Mobile investigators have spoken to several of them as “people informed of the facts”, he would have had it in mind to make someone pay, it’s not clear how and why, perhaps a banal argument or something more which apparently for the nineteen-year-old worker had very quickly transformed into a sadly classic “question of honor”.
Meanwhile, the investigation, which is managed by prosecutor Liliana Todaro, someone who knows the dynamics of the Giostra district very well, with the coordination of deputy Vito Di Giorgio, continues. And just yesterday the deputy prosecutor signed up in the register of suspects as an act due with the hypothesis of murder the owner of the house where everything happened, the forty-year-old Giovanni Laganà, also for his protection for the future phases of the investigation. On Laganà, as well as on another series of people and witnesses who witnessed the tragedy mostly in the subsequent phases, the Mobile men immediately carried out the stub test to verify the classic presence of contamination particles when handles a weapon. The outcome will be fundamental to understand.
However, a fixed point of the investigations is that last Saturday’s tragedy occurred in Laganà’s house and then the body of poor Lanfranchi was taken bodily and transferred out into the street, in via Michelangelo Rizzo, a small side street that crosses via Palermo on one side and Viale Giostra on the other.
