The technical-economic feasibility project relating to the intervention “Detailed program of interventions connected to the celebrations of the Jubilee of the Catholic Church 2025” Intervention no. 43 – Urban redevelopment of the municipal area in the Setteville area in the municipality of Guidonia Montecelio.
This is the area that houses the “Giannini” industrial warehouse, which has long been disused and in dilapidated conditions. We will proceed with its demolition and the simultaneous construction of a playground and a car park.
For this important intervention, the municipal administration will avail itself of a loan of 900,000.00 euros.
“It is an intervention that redevelops an important and central area of the hamlet of Setteville which has been in a state of abandonment and degradation for years, the subject of multiple reports and complaints from residents – declares the Mayor, Mauro Lombardo -. The financing obtained is part of the list of interventions connected to the Jubilee of the Catholic Church 2025″.
“With the approval of the technical-economic feasibility project, the process begins which will lead to returning to the community an area which, once the warehouse has been demolished, will host a playground and car parks – specifies the councilor for LL.PP., Mario Proietti -. We are particularly satisfied, as the municipal administration, because the redevelopment of this space is one of the objectives we have set ourselves. Let’s give back to the City an area for social aggregation, intended for adults and children”.
