The search for the three boys who disappeared yesterday afternoon in the waters of the Natisone river in the province of Udine resumed in the morning. Fire Brigade and Civil Protection began to fly over the affected area with drones, one of which locked onto the cell phone signal of one of the three young people a short distance from the Roman Bridge. The police, thanks to the license plate of the car owned by one of the girls, managed to identify the three missing people and notify their families who immediately went to the aid station set up in Premariacco. At first it was assumed that they were three foreign tourists but instead they are a girl, Patrizia Cormos, 20 years old, resident in Basaldella (Udine) student at the Academy of Fine Arts and a couple of Romanian origins, Bianca Doros, 23 years old, just arrived in Udine to visit her parents together with her boyfriend who lives in Austria. The weather conditions have improved and the river waters have practically returned to normal, factors which make search operations less complicated even if the hopes of finding them alive are very few. An impressive task force has been combing the area since the first light of dawn, vehicles and rescuers have also arrived in Premariacco from outside the region.
