The expected ones return in July Dinner Shows signed by Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Saporithe 20 restaurant stars which for over 20 years have been staging in highly evocative places the most refined Friuli Venezia Giulia offers on the table. Two him most glamorous events of the Friulian summerin two exceptional locations: the July 9th in the park of Castello di Spessa of Capriva del Friuli and the July 30th on the beach of Grado (in case of bad weather, they will be postponed to July 10th and 31st respectively). Together with the chefs, they will bring to life the refined Show Dinners winemakers and agri-food producers of excellence: in all, a close-knit team of one sixty top level companiesstandard bearer of the region’s food and wine excellence.
Two dream frames for two style and social events with haute cuisine which will not fail to amaze and which will take place with the usual successful format. After the welcome, at sunset, with the excellent products of the 14 artisans of taste partner of the consortium, will begin for those present an extraordinary journey of taste in 20 stagessigned by the chefs of the group’s restaurants who will cook new dishes designed to pay homage to summer live in front of the public: AB Contemporary Osteria of Lavariano di Mortegliano, To the flowers of Trieste, To the Gallo of Pordenone, At the Grop of Tavagnacco, To Paradise of Pocenia, At the Bridge of Gradisca D’Isonzo, At Androna of Grado, Turin coffee shop of Palmanova, Campiello of San Giovanni Al Natisone, Carnia of Venzone, Constantines of Collalto di Tarcento, From Nando’s of Mortegliano, From Toni of Gradiscutta di Varmo, Buttrio wine shop, The Tavern of Colloredo Monte Albano, Tower of Spilimbergo, Lokanda Devetak of Savogna d’Isonzo, Mondschein of Sappada, San Micheal of Fagagna, Golden Calf of Udine.

At each station, next to the chefs, a winemaker will taste its wines paired with the dishes offered and will be available to the public to answer questions and curiosities. In closing, each restaurant ei pastry chefs members of the consortium will present their very personal interpretation of the summer dessert, and stations will be set up for coffee and spirits.
