CISTERNINO – The digital pact “The wireless telephone” of Ceglie Messapica and the parents’ committee of Cisternino in collaboration with the Comprehensive Institute of Cisternino and the Comprehensive Institute “Preside Lucia Palazzo” of Ceglie, and with the patronage of the Municipalities of Ceglie Messapica and Cisternino invite parents and teachers to the meeting “Kids in the digital galaxy. A compass to not get lost” with Prof. Stefania Garassini, professor of Content Management and Digital Journalism at the Catholic University of Milan, as well as president of the Aiart association, among the associations promoting the digital pacts.

The meeting will be held on Monday 27 May at 6.30 pm at the Grassi Theater in Cisternino. The following day, Professor Garassini will also meet fifth grade boys and girls and lower secondary school students from both institutes with whom she will open a dialogue aimed at deepening the use of the devices, in order to encourage aware and informed of digital technology.

Digital technology is a precious tool that none of us can do without. However, it is important that parents and teachers know the risks and dangers associated with using these devices too early, that they are constantly informed and updated and that they accompany boys and girls in correct and informed use. The parents’ committee of Cisternino and the digital pact “The wireless telephone” of Ceglie invite parents to participate and seize this opportunity for discussion and training.
