Fermo, 15 May 2024 – Before he had had a argument with the bartenderwho apparently had not wanted to serve him a drink, then returned home, had grabbed the rifle father’s hunting rifle and then retraced his steps to explode two shots against the shutter of the place. For this reason, a 33-year-old from Fermo has been sent to trial and will have to appear before the judge of court of Fermo to answer for the crimes of dangerous ignitions and explosions, illegal carrying of weapons, failure to keep weapons and aggravated damage as he had damaged the metal shutter of the business, exploding the rifle shots.
The event had taken place in Caldarette d’Ete area in April 2023 and, with a quick investigation, the carabinieri had identified and reported the perpetrator of the intimidating gesture, already known for other precedents. After the complaint and the reiterations of certain attitudes, for him the provision of an oral warning from the police commissioner to change his conduct was also triggered, on the proposal of the soldiers of the Fermo Army.
From the investigations of carabinieri it emerged that the young criminal had damaged the metal shutter of the bar, exploding against two 16 caliber shotgun shells. The soldiers of the force, once they had gathered sufficient evidence, had requested and obtained a decree from the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Fermo of a house search, a search which was positive as, inside the 33-year-old’s bedroom, a shotgun 16 caliber Beretta brand, with 27 ammunition of the same caliber, as well as a 50 caliber anti-aircraft artillery shell, already exploded. Following these discoveries, the young man was reported for damage, dangerous ignitions and explosions and illegal possession of weapons.
For the father of the young manowner of the rifle, one was taken instead second complaint, for failure to keep weapons, since they had to be kept in his apartment and not in that of his son. Therefore the parent had also suffered the precautionary withdrawal of a second weapon owned by him, namely a 22 caliber carbine. It then emerged that behind the intimidating gesture there were some disagreements between the young man and the bar owner. In particular, a squabble arose from the fact that the bartender did not want to serve the 32-year-old a drink, as he would have seen him in a state of alteration due to the alcoholic drinks he had already consumed previously.
